Terms and Conditions — Bet 55 Pakistan Platform Rules

To register and use the Bet 55 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account being active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances. Bet 55 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Bet 55 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Bet 55 or any regulatory body recognised by the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and to use the platform under the laws applicable to you.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Bet 55. This is strictly enforced. Creating additional accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent verification checks.

Bet 55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method being used for deposits and withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You must notify Bet 55 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any other person who gains access using your credentials.
• Account usernames and registered mobile numbers cannot be changed after initial setup without submitting a formal request to support and completing verification.

All financial transactions on Bet 55 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. Bet 55 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side, though your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are outside our control.

• Deposits will not be refunded except in the case of a proven technical error on the Bet 55 platform.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player while the status is still "pending." Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Wagering requirements mean you must place bets totalling the stated multiple of the bonus amount before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Rs 1,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager Rs 30,000 in real gameplay before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds themselves may contribute at a reduced rate depending on the specific promotion.
• Bet 55 reserves the right to void any bonus that has been obtained through misuse, multiple accounts, or by exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly. They can only be used for gameplay on the Bet 55 platform.
• Maximum bet restrictions may apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while on bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided.

All casino games on Bet 55 — including Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Poker, Ludo, and live dealer games — operate according to their individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface. These terms govern the general conduct of play; individual game rules take precedence for game-specific situations.

All game outcomes on Bet 55 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for digital games and by verified physical processes for live dealer games. The results are not influenced by the platform, individual players, or any third party.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Bet 55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets placed in that round to the relevant player accounts. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

Bet 55 offers sports betting on football and other sporting events. Bets placed on the sports betting section are subject to these general terms as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type displayed within the betting interface.

• All pre-match and in-play odds are set by Bet 55 and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and a confirmation is issued, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed within the betting interface. Bet 55 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or accumulator.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the official rules for that sport and market type. Generally, postponed events that do not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will have bets voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been clearly set incorrectly due to a technical error — will be voided by Bet 55 regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted. Affected stakes will be returned to player accounts.
• In-play betting is settled in real time. Once an in-play bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.

Bet 55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred.

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point
• Participation in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity of any kind in connection with the platform
• Attempting to use the platform while underage
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or any activity that may violate applicable financial laws

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and funds held pending investigation. If the breach involves fraud or criminal activity, Bet 55 reserves the right to retain the full account balance.

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting Bet 55 support. Self-requested account closures for responsible gaming reasons are handled immediately and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Bet 55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by third parties, including tips, predictions, or analysis services not affiliated with Bet 55

In all cases, Bet 55's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Bet 55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the page.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Bet 55 will also issue a notification via registered mobile number or email to all active account holders at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Bet 55 platform following notification of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the channels described in Section 10 shall be subject to binding arbitration.
